Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of items which have been personalised with printing, or embroidery . Nor can we accept the return of any clearance products.
Once we apply personalisation such as a club badge or company logo our returns policy is void. Therefore, if there is any doubt of which size to order, order the items plain and return them for printing/embroidery adding.
However, any return carriage will be covered by you the customer. Unused returns will be subject to an administration & re-stocking charge. This will be calculated as a minimum of £5 or 15% of the total value of the returned goods.
We include as much information in the sizing guides as possible to help you make an informed decision and minimise the risk of a poor fitting garment, so please take note of individual items.
Some manufacturers do state suggested ages/sizes for some products, but you will appreciate that children of the same age are not always the same size.
Any request for returns must be notified within 7- days of receipt of your order. Acceptance of returns, after the 7- day period are at the discretion of the company.
No returns will be accepted for return after 14 days of you receiving goods.
All goods that are accepted for return must be complete and in an unused condition, the product must be undamaged and in the original packaging and returned within 7 working days of receiving our email approving the return. If items are returned with no tags or bags a charge of 50% or £5, depending on the greater value, shall be applied.
The return of goods is the customer’s sole responsibility and we encourage all customers to use an insured and tracked service to send items back.
Refund of shipping - Refund of the return cost is only applicable on faulty items and where agreed prior to the return of the item(s). Where RLP Embroidery have asked for a product to be returned and it is then deemed to be faulty RLP Embroidery shall cover the cost of the return postage up to a maximum of £10.00 If the return postage exceeds this price, please contact RLP Embroidery directly before sending items back.
When requesting an exchange, customers are responsible for any costs related to the return of items, along with the subsequent delivery charge to have the replacement(s) dispatched.
